01 · Edgewater

Local perspective on Edgewater.

A neighborhood I live in, follow closely, and have made a central part of my work.

I lived in Brickell for several years before moving to Edgewater. That transition gave me a first-hand view of how the two neighborhoods differ in pace, waterfront access, building options, and day-to-day lifestyle.

Living in Edgewater also keeps me close to the details that can matter in a real estate decision: differences between buildings, current and proposed development nearby, changes along the waterfront corridor, and the factors that shape how a property may feel long after a showing ends.

That is why I created Edgewater Miami Insider, a set of resources for buyers, sellers, and investors who want more context before making a decision. It includes neighborhood guidance, recurring reports on closed sales, building coverage, and development tracking.

The goal is practical: give clients enough information to recognize a strong opportunity, understand the tradeoffs, and look beyond listing language alone.

02 · Background

A financial lens, grounded in the real world.

Experience that helps turn a property search into a well-considered decision.

I have worked in Miami real estate for more than a decade. Before real estate, I spent several years in private banking and earned a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence.

That background shapes the way I advise clients. Real estate decisions are rarely only about the property itself. They involve financial considerations, lifestyle priorities, timing, location, and the tradeoffs that matter most to each client.

I help clients read recent sales in context, compare buildings and locations, identify the questions that deserve closer review, and understand what a particular decision could mean over time. When specialized guidance is needed, I work alongside each client’s lending, legal, tax, and financial professionals.

In Miami, two properties with similar layouts or square footage can have very different values depending on their building, view, condition, maintenance profile, and position within the market. My role is to help clients understand those distinctions before they commit.

03 · Who I Help

Guidance for different kinds of Miami decisions.

The right starting point depends on where you are in the process. These are the conversations I have most often with clients.

01

Relocating to Miami

Whether you are moving from another city or another country, I help you get oriented before the search becomes overwhelming: compare neighborhoods, building types, practical logistics, and whether buying now or renting first makes more sense.

02

Buying in Edgewater

Within Edgewater, the right fit can vary by building, waterfront exposure, view, layout, amenity profile, maintenance history, and nearby development. I help buyers compare those details with recent sales and their own priorities.

03

Selling a Miami Property

Buyer demand, recent sales, building documentation, competing inventory, and timing all affect how a property should be positioned. I work with sellers to make those decisions deliberately before the property comes to market.

04

Considering New Construction

New construction brings a different set of questions: developer history, contract terms, deposit structure, delivery timelines, and resale considerations. I help clients identify the documents and risks that deserve extra attention before they commit.

04 · Relocation

Supporting moves to Miami.

For clients making decisions from another city, state, or country.

Over the years, I have helped professionals and families relocate to Miami across a wide range of industries. Some were moving from roles at organizations including L’Oréal, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Itaú Private Bank, Oracle, and PwC.

Relocation clients often face unfamiliarity, competing priorities, and sometimes compressed timelines. The practical questions tend to be similar: Which neighborhood fits the commute, lifestyle, and budget? Which buildings deserve a closer look at their management, maintenance history, budgets, reserves, and condominium documents? Is it better to rent first or buy right away?

I help clients work through those questions before they commit time to tours, applications, or contracts, so the search starts with a clearer sense of what matters most.

05 · How I Work

Clear advice. Thoughtful preparation. No pressure.

The goal is not to rush a decision. It is to make sure the important facts are clear when a decision is needed.

I keep the process clear and low-pressure throughout. That means being direct about relevant tradeoffs, unanswered questions, and issues that deserve closer review, as well as the strengths that make a property worth pursuing.

Some clients are ready to act within weeks. Others are still a year away from a decision and want a grounded perspective while they continue thinking. Both are valid starting points.

My work is to keep the process organized, help clients prepare early, and make sure the important information is in place before a decision has to be made. I remain a resource as questions arise after a transaction closes.

06 · Client Experiences

What clients have shared.

Client feedback reflects the kind of work I aim to deliver: careful listening, local perspective, and support throughout an important transition.
